The firm was founded in 2000 by Brian Hailes, an international telecom executive with over twenty years experience in the industry.

Most recently Brian has been President, International Business with nsoro llc, an Atlanta based company specializing in the construction, upgrade and management of cell sites and other telecom infrastructure. Previously he was Vice President, Latin America Operations and Vice President, Business Development for BellSouth International. Earlier in his career he worked for ITT Corp where he was Regional Director for ten Arab countries. He began his career with the British Post Office (now BT) as an Executive Engineer.

Brian has a B.Sc.(Honors) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK) and is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, London (FIET). He is also an experienced executive recruiter having been Managing Director and Head of the North American Telecom Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates, as well as running his own recruiting firm for a number of years.

Brian has had a lifelong interest and involvement in music. He has served on the board of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, as President of the Atlanta Chamber Players and on the Music Panel of the Georgia Council for the Arts. Combining his experience in music and electronics, he has also served as Vice President, Digital Instrument Technology for Gibson Guitar Corp. in Nashville.
